Antoaneta Koleva joined REIB as a Junior Client Executive, drawn to the dynamic and forward-looking world of renewable energy. Just a few months into the role, she has already contributed to a significant project: securing the operational phase insurance for a 54MWh BESS installation in the southeastern town of Rudozem. For her, this achievement marks not just a milestone but a meaningful step in building a career with impact.
She describes her workday in three words: organized, resilient, and productive — a reflection of her structured approach and drive to deliver value. Antoaneta sees renewable energy as a future cornerstone of Bulgaria’s economy, one powered by innovation and sustainability.
Outside of work, Antoaneta finds inspiration in progress with purpose. She enjoys traveling with friends, spending time in nature, and recharging through sports and movies — her favorite ways to unwind and keep balance.
