After eight years in her previous role, Gergana Dimitrova made a bold move and joined REIB as a Client Executive, International Clients. What inspired her wasn’t just the promise of a new position, but the opportunity to become part of a team driven by purpose, professionalism, and a shared vision. In just a short time, she has already closed several deals, contributing to the company’s international growth.
What motivates Gergana most is knowing her work creates real value — helping clients make the right decisions for their business. She describes her workdays with three words: dynamic, growth-oriented, and challenging. She believes the renewable energy insurance sector will continue to evolve through innovation, new products, and stronger ESG regulations that guide investment into more sustainable solutions.
Outside the office, Gergana finds inspiration in watching her daughter grow and learn. She’s a passionate skier, traveler, and nature lover, always seeking new destinations, new people, and meaningful experiences that recharge her spirit.
